Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Curated Software and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, or b) a breach of these Terms.

Limitation Of Liability

In no event shall Curated Software, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.

Special Admonitions for International Use

By continuing to access or use our Service, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding transmission of data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Software Testing Weekly — Sponsorship Terms and Conditions

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for booking and cancelling sponsorships in the Software Testing Weekly newsletter, owned and operated by More Than Testing LTD.

Sponsorship Slots

Software Testing Weekly offers two paid sponsorship placements per issue:

Booking Process

Available dates for sponsorship slots and pricing are listed on the Sponsorship Page. Sponsors can request a slot by filling out the form on the page or by contacting sponsorship@morethantesting.com.

Once a request is sent, the slot is marked as “Reserved”, which gives priority for the sponsor to book the slot. The slot becomes “Booked” once invoice is issues and full payment is received, unless agreed otherwise (e.g. invoice payment due date is after the first publication date). At that point it is confirmed and guaranteed, subject to the Cancellation and Refund Policy outlined below.

Sponsors can book multiple slots at once — please get in touch to discuss options and availability.

The content for each sponsorship must be provided at least one day before the scheduled publication date of a booked slot.

Sponsored Content Guidelines

Each sponsorship must include a title, a link (URL), and a text-only body of up to 400 characters (recommended: 250–350 characters). No images or additional media are supported.

All sponsorship content is reviewed before publication. We reserve the right to reject or request changes to content that is misleading, offensive, inappropriate, or misaligned with our audience.

This process is always handled transparently and in consultation with the sponsor. Any decisions will be explained clearly, and final approval rests with Software Testing Weekly.

Rescheduling

Sponsors may reschedule a booked slot if the request is made at least seven days in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be for a date within six months of the original booking.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

For individual sponsorships, a full refund is available if cancellation is requested at least seven days before the scheduled publication date.

For bulk bookings (multiple slots under a single invoice), a full refund for the entire booking is only available if the cancellation request is made at least seven days before the first scheduled slot.

Cancellations received after these deadlines are not eligible for refunds.

Performance Disclaimer

We aim to help sponsors achieve great results, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as impressions, clicks, or engagement. The performance of a sponsorship can vary based on many factors, including content and audience interest.

Statistics shown on the Sponsorship Page are for informational purposes only. While we may suggest improvements to the sponsor’s content, these are optional and do not guarantee performance.
