I haven't heard of Desk Checks before but this solid explanation by Lina Zubyte makes things much clearer to me.

What I love about preparing each issue is that I always learn something new.
This week I was blown away by this eye-opening comparison of two Behaviour-Driven Development scenarios by John Ferguson Smart.
I used to write scenarios just like in the first example.
Not anymore.
